Do you travel outside of Lake Tahoe?+
Yes! We serve Lake Tahoe, Reno, and beyond, with travel available for destination weddings throughout Northern California and Nevada.
How far in advance should we book?+
Tahoe wedding dates fill quickly, especially June through September. We recommend booking 9–12 months ahead, though we welcome last-minute inquiries when availability allows.
Can we customize a package?+
Absolutely. Every wedding is unique. Reach out with your vision and we'll tailor a package that fits your venue, guest count, and timeline. Additional hours are $300 each, and extra sound zones are $300.
Do you handle ceremony and reception?+
Yes. Take the Leap and above include multi-zone ceremony + reception audio. Higher tiers support cocktail hour and complex multi-location days across Tahoe venues.
What if our ceremony has no power?+
We come prepared with battery-powered ceremony audio for beaches, meadows, and remote sites. Silent generators are available when larger outdoor receptions need reliable power.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. We are licensed and insured for weddings in California and Nevada, and we carry backup critical gear for peace of mind.
How does the planning process work?+
After your inquiry we confirm the date, consult on music and timeline, prepare your must-play and do-not-play lists, coordinate with your venue and vendors, then deliver setup, MC hosting, and pack-out on wedding day. One wedding per day — your celebration is our only focus.
Do you offer photo booths, silent disco, or live acoustic?+
Yes. Photo booth, monogram/gobo, video projection, after-party, and silent disco packages are available as priced add-ons. Live acoustic for ceremony or cocktail hour is available on request — ask for a quote.
